  • The Traditional Hog Roast seasoned and slowly cooked with the crackling and then served in a soft/crusty/brown fresh roll with apple sauce.

Whole lamb seasoned and stuffed with garlic and rosemary served in a soft fresh roll with mint and yoghurt dressing.

Cooked and prepared by one of our chefs and served from a food station.

Free range rotisserie chicken marinaded with either The Tuscan Herbs and Spices or The Fiery Piri-Piri.
