Our Gourmet Hog Roast Hampshire team is led by Scott, who’s been hog roasting for the last four years. Thanks to his South African roots, he’s brought a wealth of ideas and expertise to the Gourmet Hog Roast Company team, producing out of this world menus, which are packed full of flavour.

Scott and his team are bringing authentic hog roast cooking styles to Hampshire. Our commitment to quality is something we pride ourselves on, using free-range pork for all of our hog roast feasts.
We always use the freshest of ingredients, which we’ll source from local suppliers where possible.
You’ll find high-quality offerings in every corner of our menus, from the vibrant salads we create to the traditional Italian olive oil used in our meat rubs.
Expert Cooking Techniques
Our hog roasts take 6 to 7 hours to slow cook, with our chefs carefully attending to the meat at every step of the process, from basting the hog to ensuring the crackling is perfectly crisp.
An hour before we serve, the gas is turned off to allow the meat to rest and the juices to settle.
We then gradually carve over 35 to 40 minutes, letting the meat fall to the bottom of our roasting machine before our special Gourmet Hog Roast Hampshire sauce is added.
