We have a whole range of in-house recipes that include our classic, whole free-range hog, with a choice of fresh rolls and apple sauce. This is served alongside roast potatoes with fresh rosemary, garlic, and sea-salt cooked underneath the pig with all the juices. This is our classic and most popular menu but all menus can be designed around your event. We offer a whole range of BBQ meats and fish, as well as side dishes, salads, and desserts. We can cater for vegetarians, vegans, and those with food allergies.
We can cater all-year-round from private homes and other locations, such as hotels, golf clubs, and other venues. We will set up well in advance, cook your hog roast or other meats to perfection, serve your food with a smile, and we will always clear up after ourselves. The incredible smells and taste of our hog roasts will keep your guests captivated and coming back for more – and we always cook enough for seconds!
