Our Hampshire hog roasts are slow-cooked over fire on a spit and served alongside crispy crackling, a sumptuous range of side dishes, legendary roast potatoes and fresh bread. We also serve BBQ canapes, desserts and evening snacks.
Cooked slow and low over fire over naked flames, all the juices are always kept in, so our hogs are succulent and full of flavour. All our pigs and other meat are sourced from local butchers and all other ingredients are also fresh and seasonal and bought from local suppliers.
