Our small team of dedicated chefs slow cook free-range pigs and other meats – such as lamb spit roasts and rotisseries chickens – over an open fire for over six hours for incredible results. By then, the meat is so tender, it falls off the bone and will melt in the mouth. This is then served with salads, sides, and bread, along with our legendary crispy crackling and apple sauce. Alongside the main event, we also serve canapes, salads, sides, and desserts. All menus are tailormade to your event and will never fail to be a talking point with guests. As well as the taste, the sights and smells of open-fire cooking can be like theatre in itself and will provide a special atmosphere.
We source all our fresh ingredients from local suppliers, including our pigs, which come from pre-approved farms. We know that these ingredients will make all the difference when it comes to our cooking, so we pay the closest attention to the fine details.
Our Winchester chefs will carve the meat in front of your guests and serve it onto single large plates or sharing platters, so you will not have the think about anything. After the event, we will clear up carefully. We can cater for groups of any size, from intimate private family parties, to corporate launch events for hundreds of guests.
