We used the Gourmet Hog Roast company for a family event for 34 people in Beaconsfield, Bucks. The team were extremely professional and helpful, the food was excellent in both quality and quantity. The whole process was seamless and stress free from start to finish, leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy the event. We would definitely use the company again. Highly recommended!

Lovely food. Fresh, tasty, even brought a huge bowl of crackling! Really nice duo that came and catered for us. Absolutely no negative feedback, and we would use them again! Our event was at New Holland, Barrow Upon Humber.

These guys came to my home in Far Forest, outside Bewdley in Worcestershire for my son’s 21st. Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, prompt, tidy and most importantly the food was delicious. Would highly recommend. They even put up with quite a few family dogs trying to get in on the action! Would give them 6 stars if I could.

Gourmet Hog Roast deserves more than 5*! Service outstanding from start to finish! Easy to contact, quick response, amazing customer service and the BEST hog roast I have ever had! Was an absolute perfect fit for our wedding, canapés were fab and served efficiently and the puddings were incredible!!! Won’t hesitate to recommend

We ordered a full Italian hog roast for between 50 -60 covers for my 80th birthday - wow! there was enough for my next birthday too! The antipasta starter selection was great too but the hog roast was the star of the show, perfectly cooked with all the trimmings, hot and on time. The roasties were'nt bad either!.

We had Gourmet Hog Roast cater for our wedding near Ely (Cambridgeshire) recently and they were great. We went for the classic hog roast package and then cheese toasties for evening food. They also had plenty of options to cover all our guests dietary requirements including vegan and gluten free. We were really happy with the quality of the food and the service on the day. All our guests were saying how much they enjoyed it too. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience from start to end. Anthony and colleague arrived on time and worked hard to cooked up a delicious feast for all 50 of us . The customer service and communication was clear ,helpful and very attentive. We received great feedback from staff and would highly recommend for any event!

Location: Shirrell Heath, nr Bishops Waltham, Hampshire.
Tim and Meg attended all day cooking the hog onsite with the added extras we had ordered, a salad and coleslaw. They also provided the plates and cutlery (both disposable but not cheap plastic ones) and the whole event went off really well, despite periods of heavy rainfall, the whole set up under their own marquee which gave a very professional image. The roasted hog was succulent and fed 50 very easily with plenty left over. They also offered vegan and gluten free alternatives.
Highly recommended.

We asked GHR to cater for a large group (175) at our wedding. The planning was meticulous, including the logistics of getting all their equipment onto an island on the River Thames. The food was fantastic (people still remind us of the salmon being cooked over open fires) the waiting staff were friendly, professional, and helped to make it such a fantastic day. Thank you Marco

What an amazing company ! I looked for a company who would come to our premises in Ashford Kent and run an evening corporate event with a BBQ etc. The Gourmet Hog Roast Company team arrived on time and we left them to it once we agreed where they could set off and all the team were amazing throughout the evening. The food was fantastic and great quality products. They were kind enough to create some canapes and a separate salad for someone who was lactose intolerant. Everything fresh like the salads and canapes were prepared on site so really tasty . We were stuffed full of delicious salmon, burgers , steak and sausages. I highly recommend them and will be inviting them back for another event next year where we hopefully have enough people for the full hog roast experience.

We had a lovely afternoon party in Barnsley with wonderful food supplied by the Gourmet Hog Roast Company. We chose the rotisserie chicken option, and the food was extremely good. The team delivered a first rate service and everyone enjoyed it very much. Thank you for your care and attention at all times.

We had an event in Theale, Reading, that we enlisted the help of the Gourmet Hog Roast Company for. We had around 200 people turning up all at once, that would all be hungry!!!
Paula, Harry and Charlie did an amazing job of keeping everyone fed and happy. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite, professional and friendly.
The food was outstanding - so many people commented on the tenderness of the hog and the flavour of the stuffing!!
Allergies we well catered for. The team understood the needs of each allergy they were tested with and looked after our friends and family accordingly.

Well I had looked at the reviews and wanted a company that would make me relax during our house warming in Gerrards Cross. Steve and Tamsin arrived early and immediately put my mind at rest. We discussed how we wanted the day to run as we had 100 hungry adults and children some with huge appetites. I was worried about the quality and quantity of food as we are foodies and wanted our quests to be spoilt so they could remember the day. I should not have worried. literally every guest said how amazing the food was, it made such a different to our day. Now I am not trying to leverage some secrets but me and my wife want the secret to the Salmond fillet glaze and also the chicken seasoning. Seriously proper food that will impress your guests. The service was on time and served with no you can only have one choice but with a service that you could have whatever you want leaning on the very generous side. Brilliant for hungry teenagers! Both me and my wife will without a doubt use The Gourmet Hog Roast Company for all future events as I know everyone invited will come due to the quality of the food and service. I run serval businesses and this company is a pure gem, "don't change anything you are a real diamond set above ever catering company we have used to date". Brilliant experience from start to finish. We had a family and friends barbecue in our garden in Buckingham. I searched and found this company. I was impressed by others reviews. I was not disapointed. The food was amazing. Everybody commented on quality of barbecue food, especially the salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great experience. Turned up when agreed. Unobtrusively set up and cooked. Food was lovely, plenty of it and they even boxed up the leftovers for our lunch the next day. Very hygienic, good communication of and observation of dietary restrictions and food allergies. Will have them back here in Liverpool again soon

Steve and team (Kelsie, Keira and Lydia) delivered amazing service and food once again for our company summer BBQ in Doncaster. As always the food was exceptional cooked to perfection and so much flavour. Kelsie, Keira and Lydia provided great friendly service and clean up so well you wouldnt know they had been. Marco and Russ were incredible throughout the entire process of our wedding. From the time booking and sorting out exactly what we wanted, to the delivery of the service on the day, we cannot fault them or any of their staff.
The food was incredible - all of our guests said how delicious and inclusive it was of dietary requirements and that no one was hungry! The cheese toasties - well, we have no words! Everyone should have these as their evening food from now on - they went down a treat! Even the small detail of the staff coming to find my new husband and I to personally make sure we had had one - very classy and totally professional.
The service was professional yet relaxed and friendly, and we cannot thank you enough for answering all of our questions with no hesitation.

We chose The Gourmet Hog Roast Company to cater our evening wedding reception in July, and would highly recommend them. From choosing our food options, through to the event itself, the team were helpful and attentive and made the entire process easy and stress free.
We received endless comments on how incredible the food was! Nick Katsimperis, who was there on the day, was so friendly and professional, arriving early to set up before guests arrived and packing up once everyone was fed and had left.

After doing a bit of research online for my party I came across this little gem of a company. They were quick in their response and worked with me to deliver my requirements. We are based in Bradford, they arrived with plenty of time to set up and get things going. Steven and his team were amazing, kept me informed of everything that was happening. They were very considerate of our property, when they left everything was clean and tidy. We had leftover food, which Steven asked if I had an any containers to but them in. We haven't been in the property long and I had lots of plates in my pantry which had not been used in a while, they were dusty and needed cleaning. This was no trouble for Steven, he cleaned all my dishes first before storing the left over food. I honestly was so impressed with this company, the whole team had a great attitude and had lots of smiles for my guests. I will definitely being booking them in future. Huge thanks to the whole team, you made my day very special.

A huge thank you to the Gourmet Hog Roast team for catering our wedding on Saturday. It was an absolute pleasure working with chef Tommas, Scott, Marco, and the rest of the team on the day.

We had so many compliments from our guests about the food - especially the Boerewors bite canapés (which we’re gutted we didn’t get to try ourselves!). The hog roast was absolutely delicious.

Despite it being a very DIY setup with lots of moving parts, your team handled everything so professionally and took any hiccups in stride.
